Do you ship?
SOON!! We are hoping to be able to ship a couple of our pies in the near future.
We get a lot of questions as a new pie business and one that is unique to the RGV. Take a look below at some of our common questions and answers.
Do you deliver?
We do deliver for wholesale and catering but not for special order at the moment. We hope to add this feature in the future.
Do you guys bake sugar free or gluten free pies?
Yes! For special orders, we can make your pies to your liking!
How far in advance do I need to order a pie?
We sell slices of pie daily in the shop and have a limited number of whole pies available for walk-in customers but we need at least 24 hours notice to fulfil an order on certain flavors. If you are needing special orders or large volumes then we recommend you order further out.
Can I get a donation for my organization's event?
If you would like to request a donation from PJ Pies for your organization’s next charity event, please fill out our donation FORM and we will get in touch with you.
I keep seeing designs on your pies, can I get a logo or message done on mine?
Yes! We have the best pie artists on the team! All of our double crust pies come standard with some sort of design but we can customize them for you. Depending on how complicated the image is, we can do business logos, sports team logos, birthday or wedding messages, and NUMEROUS other things. We free hand much of our crust art. There is a $9 fee per pie for this but it makes your pie a one of a kind which keeps your family and guests talking about it for days!
Do you cater?
Yes we do cater for weddings, special events, or even a business lunch meeting. Ask for details on our contact page.
What is the shelf life of your pies and do I need to refridgerate them?
You do not need to refridgerate our fruit or pecan pies as we would encourage you to leave them on the counter for best results. All cream pies need to be refridgerated as soon as you get them home if you do not plan to eat immediately. Since everything is made from scratch and all of our fruit is fresh, never frozen, the shelf life is about 2-3 days. They can be eaten for a couple days past this but they begin to lose their freshness.
